RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Return & Exchange Policy is crafted with you in mind. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We believe in giving you options. Whether you’ve changed your mind or received an item that’s not quite right, our simple return process ensures you can shop with peace of mind.

How do I return an order?
We hope you will love your Rockabella Rebel order, hoewever if you need toreturn an item you have up to14 days to let us know that you wish to return it then another notify us that then 14 days to send the item back to us. All items must be unworn, unwashed and still with the tags attached. We cannot accept any items that have been warn or marked. This includes but is not limited to:

Who pays for return shipping?
As a small business we will not be able to pay for the cost of return postage. We will provide a return label but will deduct xxx from your final refund.
What can NOT be returned?
For hygiene reasons, Rockabella Rebel will not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears, unless they are damaged
